多维度量化视角:“双一流”导向下高校图书馆文献资源建设的绩效评估与优化策略研究

Multi-dimensional Quantitative Perspective: Research on Performance Evaluation and Optimization Strategies of Document Resources Construction in University Libraries under the Guidance of "Double First-Class *

摘要: 新一轮双一流建设将打破既有学科及专业壁垒,建立新兴交叉学科体系,实现融合发展,这必将凸显图书馆文献资源建设的重要性,通过对国内98所高校图书馆的问卷调查,构建了一套多维度评价指标体系,首次实现了多维度指标的非线性权重优化;采用“灰局势决策平均测度空间”绩效评估模型探讨如何精准评估文献资源建设水平。基于98所高校的问卷调查数据,本研究采用灰局势决策平均测度空间模型对文献资源建设绩效进行动态评估。通过Wilcoxon符号秩检验(Z=4.32, p<0.001)与模糊综合评价法对比,结果显示GSDAM模型在灵敏度(提升23.6%, Cohen’s d=0.81)和跨学科适应性(Jaccard相似系数>0.75)上显著优于传统方法,验证了其在双一流学科交叉场景中的独特优势。

Abstract: The new round of Double First-Class construction will break the existing barriers of disciplines and majors, establish an emerging interdisciplinary discipline system, and achieve development, which will inevitably highlight the importance of library literature resource construction. Through a questionnaire survey of 98 university libraries in China, a multi-dimensional evaluation index system was constructed, and the non-linear weight optimization of multi-dimensional indicators was realized for the first time. The "Gray Situation Decision-making Average Measurement Space" performance evaluation model used to explore how to accurately evaluate the level of literature resource construction. Based on the questionnaire survey data of 98 universities, this study uses the gray situation decision average measurement space model to dynamically evaluate the performance of literature resource construction. Through the Wilcoxon signed-rank test (Z=4.32, p<0.001) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the results show that the GSDAM model is significantly better than the traditional method in sensitivity (im by 23.6%, Cohen’s d=0.81) and interdisciplinary adaptability (Jaccard similarity coefficient>0.75), verifies its unique advantages in the cross-disciplinary scenarios of Double First-Class disciplines.
