中国式现代化图书馆阅读推广标准与评价路径研究——以辽宁师范大学图书馆“阅读推广+”理念为中心

Research on Reading Promotion Standard and Evaluation Path of Chinese path to modernization Library ——Centered around the concept of "Reading Promotion+" in Liaoning Normal University Library

摘要: 所谓中国式现代化,其理论表述具有面向现代和基于中国两个理论维度。在这一标志性概念中,存在着构建数智时代现代化的中国式图书馆话语体系和中国式图书馆统计与评价问题。就阅读推广而言,则紧密联系着中国式图书馆阅读推广的当代指标体系和评价标准的构建。经过十年阅读推广基础理论研究和20年推广实践的探索,全民阅读工作已进入到“深化”阶段。以真理的相对性和实践的扩展性为理论依据,深入之路径和突破口已经从图书馆学内部和图书馆主阵地的传统定位中,逐渐走向质的飞跃,即全民阅读研究院的成立、跨学科学分制学位化培养体系的构建、图书馆分支学科或交叉学科的下位类“阅读推广学”的建立和应用。文章通过“阅读推广+”理念大量文献综述法和案例分析法得出,深化的“质点”和“拐点”在于阅读推广标准与评价体系的政策化、科学化、持续化之建立,其总枢纽在“阅读立法”。

Abstract: The so-called Chinese path to modernization has two theoretical dimensions: modern oriented and China based. In this iconic concept, there exist issues of constructing a modern Chinese style library discourse system and Chinese style library statistics and evaluation in the era of digital intelligence. In terms of reading promotion, it is closely related to the construction of contemporary indicator systems and evaluation standards for Chinese style library reading promotion. After ten years of basic theoretical research on reading promotion and 20 years of exploration in promotion practice, the national reading work has entered the "deepening" stage. Based on the relativity of truth and the expansiveness of practice, the path and breakthrough point of deepening has gradually moved from the traditional positioning within library science and the main battlefield of libraries to a qualitative leap, namely the establishment of the National Reading Research Institute, the construction of the cross disciplinary scientific degree based training system, and the establishment and application of the sub category "Reading Promotion Science" in library branch disciplines or interdisciplinary fields. The article concludes through extensive literature review and case analysis using the concept of "reading promotion+" that the deepening "particle" and "turning point" lies in the establishment of policy oriented, scientific, and sustainable standards and evaluation systems for reading promotion, with the overall focus on "reading legislation".
