逐步恢复繁体字:基于表意AI理论的汉字简化方案再审视

Revisiting Chinese Character Simplification: A Logographic AI Perspective

摘要: 本文从表意AI(Logographic AI, LAI)的理论视角,重新审视汉字简化方案的历史与现状。通过回顾新中国简化字方案、民国时期的文字简化运动以及海外华人圈使用繁体字的现状,本文提出逐步恢复部分繁体字的必要性。
基于“形构熵”(Morpho-Structural Entropy)和“汉字熵场”(Hanzi Entropy Field, HEF)等创新概念,本文论证了恢复繁体字对增强AI汉字认知能力、促进文化传承以及提升跨文化语义理解的重要意义。
本文还探讨了表意AI理论在日语、韩语中保留繁体汉字的背景下构建AI新框架的意义,呼吁在数字化时代,重新平衡简化字与繁体字的使用,为表意AI的发展提供更丰富的形根(对应Token)支持。

Abstract:  
This paper revisits the history and current state of Chinese character simplification from the perspective of Logographic AI (LAI). By reviewing the simplification efforts in modern China, the Republic of China period, and the use of traditional characters in overseas Chinese communities, this paper proposes the necessity of gradually restoring some traditional characters.
Based on original concepts such as "Morpho-Structural Entropy" and "Hanzi Entropy Field (HEF)," this paper argues that restoring traditional characters can significantly enhance AI’s ability to recognize Chinese characters, promote cultural heritage, and improve cross-cultural semantic understanding.
Additionally, this paper also explores the significance of Logographic AI theory for building new AI frameworks in Japanese and Korean, which retain traditional Chinese characters. It advocates for a rebalancing of simplified and traditional characters in the digital age to provide richer support for the development of Logographic AI through enhanced morphological roots (corresponding to Tokens).
