浅谈进一步全面深化改革的方法论

摘要: 为推进中国式现代化，进一步全面深化改革必须掌握科学的方法论，具体表现为以历史唯物主义为根基、辩证唯物主义为主干的方法体系。以历史唯物主义为根基体现为物质生产高质量发展阶段、与高质量经济基础相适应的上层建筑以及全面发挥人民群众主体性的迫切要求。以辩证唯物主义为主干包括统筹守正与创新、顶层设计与摸着石头过河、部署与落实、一般与特殊、立与破等一系列稳中求进的辩证工作方法和系统协调经济与社会、政府与市场、效率与公平、活力与秩序、发展与安全等重大对立统一关系。

Abstract: In order to promote the Chinese modernization, further comprehensively deepening reform must master the scientific methodology, which is embodied in the method system based on historical materialism and focused on dialectical materialism. Based on historical materialism, it is reflected as the urgent demand of the high quality development stage of material production, the superstructure compatible with the high quality economy foundation and giving full play to the subjectivity of the people. Taking dialectical materialism as the main, it includes a series of dialectical working methods that prioritize stability while pursuing progress by coordinating upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, the top-level design and crossing a river by feeling the stones, deployment and implementation, general and special, establishment and break, and major unity of opposites relationship by systematically handling economic and social, government and market, efficiency and fairness, vitality and order, development and security.
