摘要: 本文深度聚焦于高中双休政策这一极具时代意义与现实关切的教育议题,以备受瞩目的衡水模式作为研究的切入点与关键线索,展开多维度、深层次的剖析。通过对衡水模式诞生的社会经济、教育制度等背景因素的系统性梳理,以及对其模式特点、教育影响和内在教育理念的细致阐释,深入探讨在现行高考制度宏观背景下,应试教育与素质教育两种理念和模式之间的矛盾冲突、内在张力以及相互博弈的复杂图景。同时,紧密结合当下高中双休政策在全国范围内逐步推进的现实进程,全面且深入地研究该政策在促进学生德智体美劳全面发展、优化教育生态环境、重塑教育价值体系等方面所发挥的积极效能,以及在政策落地实施过程中所面临的一系列挑战,诸如家长传统教育观念的深度转变难题、学校教学安排的系统性调整困境等。本文旨在通过严谨且全面的系统性研究,为构建更加科学合理、健康有序、可持续发展的教育生态提供坚实的理论支撑和具有实操性的实践参考,进而有力地推动我国教育事业朝着素质教育的正确方向阔步前行,实现学生全面发展的宏伟教育目标。

Abstract: This paper deeply focuses on the education issue of high school weekend policy, which is of great significance and practical concern, and takes the high-profile Hengshui model as the entry point and key clue of the research to carry out a multi-dimensional and in-depth analysis. Through the systematic combing of the socio-economic and educational factors of the birth of the Hengshui model, as well as the detailed explanation of the characteristics of the model, the educational influence and the internal education concept, this paper deeply explores the contradictions, internal tensions and complex pictures of the mutual game between the two concepts and models of examination-oriented education and quality education under the macro background of the current college entrance examination system. At the same time, this paper closely combines the current realistic process of the current high school weekend policy to gradually promote the nationwide process, comprehensively and in-depth study of the positive effect of the policy in promoting the all-round development of students’ morality, intelligence, physical fitness, art and labor, optimizing the educational ecological environment, and reshaping the educational value system, as well as a series of challenges faced in the implementation of the policy, such as the deep transformation of parents’ traditional education concepts, and the dilemma of systematic adjustment of school teaching arrangements. The purpose of this paper is to provide solid theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of a more scientific, reasonable, healthy, orderly and sustainable education ecology through rigorous and comprehensive systematic research, so as to effectively promote China’s education to stride forward in the right direction of quality education and realize the grand educational goal of students’ all-round development.
