高校学生会的现实困境与深层反思：问题剖析与改革路径

摘要: 本文以犀利的视角深入批判高校学生会现存的诸多问题，从官僚主义盛行、实际价值缺失、资源分配不公等多维度展开剖析，揭示其对学生价值观、心理及能力发展的恶劣影响。通过心理分析挖掘成员行为动机，从体制、文化等层面深挖根源，并提出全面且具针对性的改革策略，旨在推动高校学生会实现根本性变革，回归服务学生的本质。

Abstract: This paper deeply criticizes many existing problems of college student unions from a sharp perspective, analyzes the prevalence of bureaucracy, the lack of actual value, and the unfair distribution of resources, and reveals its adverse impact on the development of students’ values, psychology and ability. Through psychological analysis, we dig out the behavioral motivations of members, dig deep into the root causes from the institutional and cultural levels, and put forward comprehensive and targeted reform strategies, aiming to promote the fundamental changes of the student unions of colleges and universities and return to the essence of serving students.
