生成式人工智能背景下档案馆智慧编研的应然态势、实然困境和使然策略

摘要: 生成式人工智能为档案馆智慧编研带来了机遇和挑战。在生成式人工智能背景下，档 案馆智慧编研显露出档案数据处理智能化、编研作品呈现多样化、用户服务推荐智慧化等态势，存 在语料构建成本高、技术应用难度大和相关人才储备少等困境，需要推进全国档案资源集成与整 合，加强语料安全控制；扶持国内生成式人工智能技术，降低技术应用风险；开展档案工作人员专 业化培训，提升档案编研水平等。

Abstract: Generative artificial intelligence brings opportunities and challenges for the intelligent compilation and research of archives. Under the background of generative artificial intelligence, the intelligent compilation and research of archives presents the trends of intelligent archival data processing, diversified compilation and research works, and intelligent user service recommendation, etc. There are difficulties such as high corpus development cost, difficult technology application and small talent reserve. It is necessary to promote the integration of national archival resources, strengthen corpus security control, support domestic generative artificial intelligence technology, reduce the risk of technology application, carry out professional training of archival staff, and improve the level of archival compilation and research.
