摘要: 城市更新不仅是对物质空间的改造,更是一个涉及居民情感、多方利益、社会结构和历史文化的复杂重塑过程。本研究创新构建“数据-文化双维认知框架”,基于大语言模型和知识图谱等人工智能技术,系统整合市民热线、社交媒体、新闻文献及深度访谈形成的海量异构数据,批量提取其中和城市更新相关的条目,详尽解读人民群众与特定城市空间的情感关联,洞察深层次的情感诉求和矛盾焦点,推动上海城市更新工作精细化开展。建议构建大模型驱动的情感空间识别与治理体系,完善城市更新的“诊断-干预-评估”机制,并创新负面情感响应机制。通过城市更新创造可阅读、可体验、可增值的“文化超链接”,在修复砖瓦的同时重建情感联结,使城市真正成为“可读的记忆载体”和“可感的文明容器”。
Abstract: Urban regeneration is not merely a transformation of physical spaces, but rather a complex reshaping process involving residents' emotions, multiple stakeholders' interests, social structures, and historical-cultural contexts. This study innovatively constructs a "Data-Culture Dual-dimensional Cognitive Framework", leveraging artificial intelligence technologies such as large language models and knowledge graphs to systematically integrate massive heterogeneous data from citizen hotlines, social media, news archives, and in-depth interviews. By batch extracting urban regeneration-related entries and meticulously interpreting the emotional connections between citizens and specific urban spaces, the research aims to uncover deep-seated emotional demands and conflict focal points, thereby promoting the refined development of Shanghai's urban renewal initiatives. The author proposes establishing a large model-driven emotional space identification and governance system, enhancing the "diagnosis-intervention-evaluation" mechanism for urban renewal, and innovating negative sentiment response mechanisms. Through urban regeneration, we can create "cultural hyperlinks" that are readable, experienceable, and value-enhanced, rebuilding emotional bonds while restoring bricks and mortar, ultimately transforming cities into "legible memory vessels" and "perceivable civilization containers".
