地球系统科学理念下海岸带地质调查转型思考

Reflections on the Transformation of Coastal Zone Geological Survey under the Concept of Earth System Science

摘要: 地球系统科学的发展要求海岸带地质调查更加注重地质过程研究和定量模拟,加强对地球系统的预测,服务可持续发展。在地球系统科学理念的指导下,我国海岸带地质调查科学划分了全国海岸带生态地质单元分区,遂步构建了陆海统筹的综合调查监测体系和业务化的数学耦合模型,更加注重海岸带和海洋过程与人类活动的耦合研究,突出成果支撑和服务可持续发展。新时期,海岸带地质调查工作要聚焦高质量发展要求,强化可持续发展的地质科学供给,推动海岸带地质调查工作模块化、标准化、流程化,强化数据采集、分析、模拟和预测,创新成果表达方式,构建专业化、特色化的业务新格局。

Abstract: The development of Earth System Science demands that coastal zone geological surveys place greater emphasis on geological process studies and quantitative modeling, strengthen predictions of the earth system, and serve sustainable development. Guided by the concept of Earth System Science, China’s coastal zone geological surveys have scientifically delineated eco-geological units in the national coastal zone, progressively established a comprehensive land-sea coordinated investigation and monitoring system, and developed operational mathematical coupling models, paid more attention to the coupling of coastal and marine processes with human activities, and highlighted results that support and serve sustainable development. In the new era, coastal zone geological surveys should focus on the requirements of high-quality development, enhance the geological science supply for sustainable development, promote modularization, standardization, and process optimization in survey workflows, strengthen data collection, analysis, simulation, and prediction, innovate result presentation methods, and build a specialized and distinctive new operational framework.
