乡村振兴与乡村卫生事业发展

摘要: 摘要：健康的人力资本是实施乡村振兴战略的根本保障，这要求必须大力发展乡村卫生事业为乡村振兴保驾护航。同时，乡村振兴也通过产业振兴、人才振兴、文化繁荣、数字乡村建设、乡村治理等，为乡村卫生事业提供难得的战略发展机遇。在促进乡村卫生事业发展的具体实践中，要充分应用乡村振兴政策红利，吸引优质医疗卫生资源下沉乡村基层；坚持人才引进和本土培育相结合，充实和稳定乡村卫生人才队伍；着力提升乡村卫生服务能力，引导患者基层首诊和向下转诊；推进乡村卫生信息化建设，拓宽乡村卫生事业发展渠道；主动融入城乡融合发展大局，实现乡村卫生借力发展。

Abstract: Abstract  Healthy human capital is the fundamental guarantee for the Rural Revitalization, which requires significant improvements of rural healthcare services. In turn, Rural Revitalization also provides an important opportunity for rural healthcare improvement via industry revitalization, competent personnel revitalization, culture prosperity, digital village construction, people’s livelihood improvement and rural governance modernization. In practice, it is suggested to make full use of the policy dividend of Rural Revitalization to attract high-quality medical and health resources to the rural grassroots; adhere to the combination of personnel introduction and local cultivation to enrich and stabilize the rural health staff; focus on improving rural healthcare capability and guide patients primary diagnosis at rural grassroots and downward referral; promote the construction of rural health informatization, broaden the development channel of rural healthcare; actively integrate into the development of urban and rural integration, and realize the development of rural health by leveraging on it.
