基层校长视阀下的小学生创新能力培养方法与途径

摘要: 【摘要】培养学生的创新能力成为当下学校教育的重要课题。作者结合自己在基层管理和教育教学的经验，阐述了培养小学生创新能力的重要途径与方法。作者认为：学校可以从完善教师评价制度、鼓励教师创新课堂教学法、建设规范而科学的学生评价与检测机制、搭建活动育人平台、延伸教育服务资源和利用校外优质资源协同培养等途径来培养学生的创新能力。这些培养方法经过实践检验，具有较高的实用价值和推广价值。

Abstract:  Cultivating students’ innovation ability has become an important issue in current school education. The article combines the practical experience of grassroots education to describe the ways and methods to cultivate students’ innovation ability. The article suggests that schools can cultivate students’ innovation ability through improving the teachers’ evaluation systems, encouraging teachers to innovate teaching methods, establishing standardized and scientific student evaluation and testing mechanisms, forming more association activities, extending educational service resources and utilizing high-quality resources outside of school for collaborative training. The training methods have been tested after practical inspection and have high practical value.
