面向可信知识服务的多模态档案资源开发模式研究：以“人在回路”理念为开发思路的AIGC科学家知识服务平台为例

摘要: [目的/意义]可信知识服务是数智时代融合人工智能技术环境下知识服务研究的重要课题，其核心在于融合可信AI（trustworthy AI）的相关思路，构建真实、可靠、可验证的、人工智能技术支撑下的知识服务体系。[方法/过程]本研究聚焦多模态档案资源，以工业微生物学家陈騊声的AIGC科学家知识服务平台为案例，通过将机器学习领域的“人在回路”理念应用到多模态数据处理、知识内容转化与生成式人工智能应用开发等环节中，探索基于“人在回路”（Human-in-the-Loop）理念的可信知识服务开发模式。[结果/结论]本研究提出了一种以可信知识服务为目标的人工智能技术环境下的多模态档案资源开发模式，既体现了对档案数据真实性与深层次价值的关注，又强调了面向“可信”的技术与人文结合的创新实践，尝试为图书情报领域可信知识服务的构建提供方法论支持，为推动多模态资源的可信管理与高效利用提供实践参考。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]Trustful knowledge service is an important topic in the research of knowledge service in the context of integrated artificial intelligence technology in the era of digital intelligence, and its core lies in integrating the relevant ideas of trustworthy AI to build a real, reliable, verifiable knowledge service system supported by artificial intelligence technology. [Method/Process]This study focuses on multimodal archival resources, taking the AIGC scientist knowledge service platform of industrial microbiologist Chen Taosheng as an example. By applying the concept of "human-in-the-loop" in the field of machine learning to multimodal data processing, knowledge content transformation and generative artificial intelligence application development, it explores the development model of credible knowledge service based on the concept of "human-in-the-loop".[Result/Conclusion]This study proposes a multimodal archival resource development model with the goal of credible knowledge service, which not only reflects the attention to the authenticity and deep value of archival data, but also emphasizes the innovative practice of combining "trustful" technology and humanities.This study attempts to provide methodological support for the construction of credible knowledge services in the field of library and information technology, and to provide practical reference for promoting the credible management and efficient utilization of multimodal resources.
