摘要: 从发展新质生产力与工会工作研究宏观背景入手,阐述了新质生产力概念与核心要素、特征以及新时代背景下的重要性,其相互融合、相互作用,共同推动新质生产力的形成和发展,为经济社会发展注入新的活力。分析了新质生产力对劳动关系和职工权益的影响及企业升级的推动作用。概述了工会面临职工技能需求的升级、职工工作环境和工作方式的转变。探索新质生产力发展对工会工作的挑战与机遇,即技术更新快、产业结构调整等变化对劳动关系和企业劳动市场的影响。研究工会工作在推进新质生产力发展中的角色和作用,包括维护劳动者的权利和职工技能,参与民主管理,进一步分析工会工作的职能定位和工作方式的存在问题,并提出了工会应对新质生产力发展的策略,创新工作方法,加强教育培训,提升职工技能、创新能力和工会组织能力。在推动新质生产力发展中,需通过思想引领、技能升级、机制创新和生态协同等多维策略,激发劳动者创新动能,实现产业变革与职工权益的平衡发展。通过全面深入研究,旨在为工会如何为新质生产力发展提供理论支持和实践指导。
Abstract: Starting from the macro background of the research on the development of new quality productivity and trade union work, this article elaborates on the concept, core elements, characteristics, and importance of new quality productivity in the context of the new era. Their mutual integration and interaction jointly promote the formation and development of new quality productivity, injecting new vitality into economic and social development. Analyzed the impact of new quality productivity on labor relations and employee rights, as well as the driving role of enterprise upgrading. An overview was given of the upgrading of workers’ skill demands, changes in the working environment and methods faced by trade unions. Exploring the challenges and opportunities of the development of new quality productive forces on trade union work, namely the impact of rapid technological updates, industrial restructuring, and other changes on labor relations and the labor market of enterprises. Research on the role and function of trade union work in promoting the development of new quality productivity, including safeguarding workers’ rights and skills, participating in democratic management, further analyzing the functional positioning and working methods of trade union work, and proposing strategies for trade unions to respond to the development of new quality productivity, innovating work methods, strengthening education and training, enhancing workers’ skills, innovation ability, and trade union organizational ability. In promoting the development of new quality productivity, it is necessary to use multidimensional strategies such as ideological guidance, skill upgrading, mechanism innovation, and ecological synergy to stimulate the innovative momentum of workers and achieve a balanced development of industrial transformation and employee rights. Through comprehensive and in-depth research, the aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for trade unions on how to contribute to the development of new quality productive forces.
