职业教育与乡村全面振兴双向赋能:共建共享、共育共融、协同共生-以黔东南民族职业技术学院为例

Dual Empowerment of Vocational Education and Comprehensive Revitalization of Rural Areas: Co-construction and Sharing, Co-cultivation and Integration, Collaborative Co-existence.---A Case Study of Qiandongnan Nationalities polytechnic

摘要: 职业教育与乡村振兴的双向赋能,是共同富裕下乡村全面振兴与职业教育高质量发展的双向奔赴。乡村全面振兴是职业教育人才培养、专业优化、学生就业的价值取向,职业教育是与乡村全面振兴最紧密的教育类型,直接对接基层治理、人才需求、文化传承、产业升级等乡村发展领域,在乡村全面振兴中具有不可替代的作用。两者相辅相成,双向赋能,互补共生,应从党建共建、文化共享、人才共育、产教融合、生态共生等全面赋能提升,破解乡村发展难题、解锁中国式农业农村现代化的密码。

Abstract: The dual empowerment of vocational education and rural revitalization represents a mutual journey towards comprehensive rural revitalization and the high-quality development of vocational education within the context of common prosperity. Comprehensive rural revitalization serves as the value orientation for talent cultivation, professional optimization, and student employment in vocational education. Vocational education is the type of education most closely related to comprehensive rural revitalization, directly connecting with grassroots governance, talent needs, cultural heritage, and industrial upgrades in various rural development areas, playing an irreplaceable role in the revitalization process. The two are interdependent and complementary, necessitating comprehensive empowerment through party-building cooperation, cultural sharing, joint talent cultivation, integration of industry and education, and ecological coexistence. This approach aims to solve rural development challenges and unlock the keys to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the Chinese context.
