红树林生态产品价值实现路径研究

摘要: 红树林价值丰富，挖掘其生态产品价值并探索其价值实现路径，有利于推进红树林生态产品价值实现，为其他生态产品价值实现提供参考。文章根据红树林生态产品的不同类型，从四个方面着手，探索其价值实现路径：第一，红树林纯公共生态产品价值实现应以政府为主体，构建科学核算机制、完善资源保护制度和提高社会保护意识；第二，红树林准公共生态产品价值实现应以政府为主导，市场和社会参与其中，如在红树林碳汇交易方面应健全碳交易市场机制和平台，并引导市场履行减排要求，在红树林生态旅游和科普教育方面应完善相关基础设施和项目；第三，红树林私人生态产品价值实现需要发挥市场的决定性作用和政府的引导作用，包括推动红树林科学种养耦合的实现和推厂，以及通过系统研究和成果转化来促进红树林植物利用；第四，通过建立价值评价体系、提供产业政策和资金支持及加强科学研究来落实价值实现保障。

Abstract: Abstract: Mangroves have rich values. Digging the value of their ecological products and exploring the value realization paths are conducive to promoting the value realization of mangrove ecological products and providing a reference for the value realization of other ecological products. Based on the different types of mangrove ecological products, this article explores the value realization paths from four aspects. Firstly, for the value realization of public ecological products of mangroves, the government should be the main body, to construct a scientific accounting mechanism, improve the resource protection mechanism, and strengthen the social participation mechanism. Secondly, for the value realization of quasi-public ecological products of mangroves, the government should play a leading role, with the participation of the market and society. For example, in terms of mangrove carbon sink trading, the carbon trading market mechanism should be improved; and in terms of mangrove ecological tourism and popular science education, relevant infrastructure and projects should be improved. Thirdly, for the value realization of private ecological products of mangroves, it is necessary to give full play to the decisive role of the market and the guiding role of the government, including promoting the realization and popularization of the scientific coupling of mangrove cultivation and breeding, and promoting the utilization of mangrove plants through systematic research and achievement transformation. Fourthly, the guarantee mechanism should be improved by establishing a value evaluation system, providing industrial policies and financial support, and strengthening scientific research.
