乡愁文化赋能乡村振兴：实践支撑、实现困境、实施路径

摘要: 乡愁文化来源于乡村，贴近村民，是惠民富民和乡村振兴的重要资源。文章以黔东南州为考察个案，认为黔东南州文化资源浓郁多样、民族文化富集、村落文化完美，是国家级民族文化生态保护区，具有赋能乡村振兴的资源禀赋、实践基础，但也存在特色定位不精准、品牌塑造缺乏灵魂、产业示范劲头不足、人才支撑不够厚实、乡愁故事不精彩、保护体系不完善等问题和短板。在推进乡村振兴中，应坚定文化自信，树牢特色发展战略，通过强化品牌塑造、主体培育、人才支撑、文化赋能和重塑体系等有效路径，全面赋能乡村振兴。

Abstract:  Nostalgia culture originates from rural areas and is closely related to villagers, making it an important resource for enriching the people and revitalizing the countryside. This paper takes Qiandongnan Prefecture as a case study and argues that the prefecture is rich in diverse cultural resources, with a dense concentration of ethnic cultures and well-preserved village cultures. As a national-level ecological protection zone for ethnic cultures, it possesses the resource endowment and practical foundation to empower rural revitalization. However, it also faces challenges and shortcomings, such as inaccurate positioning of characteristics, lack of soul in brand shaping, insufficient momentum in industrial demonstration, inadequate talent support, unimpressive nostalgia stories, and an imperfect protection system. In promoting rural revitalization, it is necessary to firmly establish cultural confidence, adhere to a characteristic development strategy, and comprehensively empower rural revitalization through effective pathways such as strengthening brand shaping, main body cultivation, talent support, cultural empowerment, and reshaping the system.
