澳大利亚公共图书馆早期读写服务分析与启示 ——以维多利亚州为例

Analysis and enlightenment of early literacy services in Australian public libraries: A case study of Victoria

摘要: [目的/意义]澳大利亚维多利亚州公共图书馆早期读写服务的经验丰富、活动模式成熟、效果显著,对其调研可为我国提供参考。[方法/过程]重点采用网络调查法、文献调研法、案例分析法,从服务内容、宣传推广、保障、评估4方面解析维多利亚州公共图书馆早期读写服务的实践路径,萃取服务经验。[结果/结论]研究表明,我国公共图书馆在开展早期读写服务时应着重从制度保障、过程控制、质效评估3方面完善服务模式,探索适合我国国情的早期读写服务发展路线。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance]The early literacy service of the public libraries in Victoria, Australia, is rich in experience, mature in activity model and effective. [Method/process] The research on it can provide a reference for my country. The network survey method, literature research method and case analysis method are mainly used to analyze the practice path of the early literacy service of the public libraries in Victoria from four aspects: service content, publicity and promotion, guarantee and evaluation, and extract service experience. [Result/conclusion]The research shows that when carrying out early literacy services, public libraries in my country should focus on improving the service model from three aspects: institutional guarantee, process control and quality and efficiency evaluation, and explore the development route of early literacy services suitable for my country's national conditions.
