Path and Challenges of Restructuring Labor Relations in the Context of Digital Transformation
摘要: [摘要]数字化技术的加速发展对劳动关系的传统模式遭受了空前的冲击。深入剖析数字化转型背景下劳动关系重构的路径及面临的挑战,结合实证数据和具体案例,探讨适应数字化时代的劳动关系治理策略。数字化转型促使工作内容与形式向多样化、灵活性转变,同时对劳动者技能提出新要求,导致劳动力市场出现结构性变革。在此基础上,提出劳动法律法规现代化、多元化劳动者权益保护机制等对策建议,旨在为构建和谐稳定的劳动关系奠定坚实的理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract: The accelerated development of digital technology has unprecedentedly disrupted traditional labor relations models. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the restructuring pathways and challenges of labor relations in the context of digital transformation, combining empirical data and case studies to explore governance strategies suited to the digital era. Digital transformation has diversified work content and forms, increased flexibility, and imposed new skill requirements on workers, leading to structural shifts in the labor market. Based on these findings, this paper proposes countermeasures such as modernizing labor laws and regulations and establishing diversified worker rights protection mechanisms, aiming to provide a solid theoretical foundation and practical reference for building harmonious and stable labor relations.
