国外高校图书馆数据馆员岗位职责及能力研究

摘要: 高校的教学科研活动产生了大量的数据，如何管理并利用好这些数据是一个重要课题，数据馆员是回答这个课题的答案之一。本文通过网络搜索国外高校图书馆对数据馆员的招聘信息，从岗位名称、学历要求和工作经验分析数据馆员需求现状；从岗位职责和能力要求分析数据馆员工作内容。数据馆员的岗位职责主要包括数据政策和工作流程制定、科研数据管理以及开放数据相关工作，其应具备的能力包括知识能力、技术能力和行为能力三部分。而我国数据馆员岗位设置和工作开展可从增加重视、能力培养和主动作为三方面进行。

Abstract: The teaching and research activities of universities produce a lot of data. How to manage and make good use of these data is an important task, and data librarian is one of the answers to this mission. This paper searches the recruitment information of foreign university libraries for data librarians through the Internet, and analyzes the current situation of the demand for data librarians from the post name, academic requirements and work experience; Analyze the job content of data librarian from the position responsibilities and ability requirements. The job responsibilities of data librarian mainly include data policy and workflow formulation, scientific research data management and open data related work, and the abilities they should have include knowledge ability, technical ability and behavioral ability. The post setting and work development of Chinese data librarians can be carried out from three aspects: increasing attention, cultivating ability and taking initiative.
