Research on the Development Path of Young Faculty Team Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges Guided by the Spirit of Educators under the Background of Building a Strong Educational Nation: A Study Based on 114 Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province
摘要: 本文围绕职业教育赋能新质生产力发展,聚焦高职院校“教育家型”青年教师队伍建设的价值。以河南114所高职院校为例,开展实证调研。以教育家精神为核心,贯穿教师职前培养、职后培训、专业发展的各环节,完善评价标准和评价结果的使用,培育广大教师为党育人、为国育才的精神底色,推动高职院校青年教师全面发展,促进高职院校青年教师变革教育教学方式,确保师资队伍建设和专业课程建设与新质生产力发展精准对接,实现职业教育与社会经济发展的同频共振。探索出发展态势良好、学历职称结构合理、教学科研互补的高职院校青年师资队伍建设培养路径。以职业教育发展高质量赋能教育强国建设,充分发挥职业教育服务新质生产力发展的人才支撑作用。
Abstract: This paper focuses on the value of building a "educator-type" young faculty team in higher vocational colleges, centering on how vocational education empowers the development of new quality productive forces. Taking 114 higher vocational colleges in Henan Province as case studies, we conducted empirical research. With the ethos of educationalists at its core, our approach permeates through all stages including pre-service training, post-service development, and professional growth of teachers. We refine evaluation criteria and optimize the application of assessment outcomes, cultivating educators’ fundamental commitment to nurturing talents for the Party and the nation. This initiative promotes comprehensive development of young faculty members in vocational colleges, drives the transformation of educational and teaching methodologies, and ensures precise alignment between faculty development, curriculum construction, and the evolving demands of new quality productive forces. Consequently, it achieves synchronized development between vocational education and socio-economic progress.The study explores an effective cultivation path for young faculty development in vocational colleges, characterized by favorable growth trends, rational academic qualification structures, and complementary teaching-research capabilities. By enhancing the quality of vocational education development, this approach significantly contributes to building an education powerhouse, fully leveraging vocational education’s pivotal role in providing talent support for the advancement of new quality productive forces.
