二十年来中国农村研究热点及前沿趋势(2004－2023)——以《华中师范大学学报(人文社会科学版)》重点专栏为基础的文献计量分析

摘要：2023年12月，《华中师范大学学报(人文社会科学版)》“中国农村研究”专栏入选中宣部首批哲学社会科学期刊重点专栏。通过对2004－2023年“中国农村研究”专栏所载文章的年度发文情况、作者和来源机构等进行分析，发现该栏目持续关注“三农”问题，近二十年来陆续推出了一批优秀的学术成果，作者的来源机构地区和梯队层次分布广泛，其中高校是该领域科研成果产出的主力军，作者队伍中既有知名专家，亦不乏青年学者，包罗海内外优秀学者，国际化程度高。借助Citespace进一步分析专栏载文的高频关键词，并与《南京农业大学学报(社会科学版)》和《中国农村观察》两种期刊对比发现，“中国农村研究”专栏一直紧跟国家战略方针、关注时代前沿的核心议题，主要聚焦乡村治理、村民自治和农村改革等重要议题，体现了中国农村研究领域的前沿趋势。同时，该栏目依托本校优势学科资源，形成了以“田野政治学”为代表的特色成果。

Investigating Stakeholders’ Perceptions towards Research Evaluation in China

摘要：This paper presents an investigation of stakeholders perceptions towards research evaluation in China mainland. RESEARCH hereby involves humanities and social sciences (HSS) only. A comprehensive review of the related literature is conducted, leading to proposing several hypotheses on perceptive differences of diverse stakeholders towards research evaluation. A survey is conducted to investigate various stakeholders including authors, reviewers, policy-makers and evaluation researchers, in order to identify their perceptions towards research evaluation. Significance tests are carried out to estimate whether the differences between different stakeholders perceptions are significant. The results show that significant differences do exist between authors perceptions and reviewers perceptions, as well as between evaluators and policy-makers. Therefore, it is needed to consider these differences in developing appropriate research evaluating schemes in HSS areas. The findings of this study provide implications on how to improve the performance of HSS research evaluation.
