中国式农业农村现代化的内涵及其实现路径探讨

摘要:      农业农村现代化是一个动态演进的过程，具有极强的时代特色和阶段特征。在新发展阶段，厘清中国式农业农村现代化的内涵，要遵循整体性、协同性、可持续性和可借鉴性的原则，将农业农村现代化概括为立足于乡村振兴的总要求，以实现“物”的现代化为主线，以推进“人”的现代化为核心，以提升“乡村治理”的现代化为突破口，推动农业农村经济、政治、社会、文化、生态文明相互促进、统筹联动，并为世界贡献中国智慧的一种状态。实现中国式农业农村现代化，应准确把握农业农村现代化的内涵，以大国小农的国情农情为出发点，走好城乡共同繁荣之路、绿色发展之路、农村善治之路，夯实农业农村现代化的基础，为世界农业农村现代化提供中国道路和中国方案。

Abstract:        The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is a process of dynamic evolution, with strong characteristics of the times and stages. In the new development stage, to clarify the connotation of Chinese agricultural and rural modernization, we should follow the principles of integrity, synergy, sustainability and reference, summarize agricultural and rural modernization as the general requirements based on rural revitalization, take the modernization of "materials" as the main line, promote the modernization of "human being" as the core, and improve the modernization of "rural governance" as the breakthrough. Agricultural and rural economic, political, social, cultural, ecological civilization should be promoted to contribute Chinese wisdom to the world. To realize the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas, the connotation of agricultural and rural modernization should be accurately grasped. Under the condition of small farmers in a large country, the road of common prosperity, green development, and good governance of urban and rural areas should be taken to consolidate the foundation of agricultural and rural modernization and provide Chinese path and Chinese approach for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the world.
