RCEP框架下海南与东盟十国经贸合作的优先梯度与重点领域研究

摘要: 随着区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)框架的建立，海南与东盟十国之间的经贸合作迎来了新的发展机遇， 本文主要探讨在RCEP框架下海南与东盟十国经贸合作的优先梯度与重点领域。通过文献回顾和分析，本文结合海南与东盟经贸合作的发展现状，从外部环境、营商环境出发，分析了合作的优先梯度，并提出了重点合作领域的建议，根据分析结果提出相应的对策建议，旨在促进海南与东盟十国之间经贸合作的深入发展，推动区域经济一体化进程。

Abstract: With the establishment of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) framework, economic and trade cooperation between Hainan and the ten ASEAN countries has ushered in new development opportunities. This paper aims to explore the priority gradient and key areas of economic and trade cooperation between Hainan and the ten ASEAN countries within the RCEP framework. This paper conducts a literature review and analysis to assess the current state of economic and trade cooperation between Hainan and ASEAN. By examining the external and business environments, it identifi es the priority gradient for cooperation and off ers recommendations for cooperation in key areas. The paper outlines strategies to enhance economic and trade relations between Hainan and the ten ASEAN countries, thereby advancing regional economic integration.
