中国式职业教育现代化的职责与挑战

摘要: 探讨了中国式职业教育现代化的职责与挑战，分析了职业教育在新时代背景下的多重角色和功能。指出职业教育在推动产业升级、服务区域经济、助力脱贫攻坚等方面发挥了重要作用。随着教育体系的纵向贯通，职业教育的吸引力和影响力得到了显著提升的同时，还强调了职业教育在国家战略支撑、区域发展加速、教育公平践行、技术技能人才培养以及国际合作桥梁方面的作用。最后，提出了深化内涵、提高教育质量、创新人才培育模式、加强产业合作以及扩大国际交流与合作的建议。

Abstract: The article discusses the responsibilities and challenges of modernizing vocational education with Chinese characteristics, and analyzes the various roles and functions of vocational education in the new era. It points out the significant role that vocational education plays in promoting industrial upgrading, serving regional economies, and assisting in poverty alleviation. As the education system becomes more vertically integrated, the attractiveness and influence of vocational education have been notably enhanced. Moreover, the article emphasizes the role of vocational education in supporting national strategies, accelerating regional development, practicing educational equity, training technical and skilled talents, and serving as a bridge for international cooperation. Finally, suggestions are proposed to deepen the connotations of vocational education, improve educational quality, innovate talent cultivation models, strengthen industry collaboration, and expand international exchanges and cooperation.
