Research on the Spirit of Educators and Teachers’ Professional Competence
摘要: 围绕教育家精神与教师专业素养展开研究。首先阐述了研究背景、目的和意义,接着对教育家精神内涵进行解读,包括其历史溯源和习近平总书记提出的内涵。同时剖析了教师专业素养的构成要素,即专业知识、专业技能、专业态度。重点探讨了教育家精神与教师专业素养的内在联系,指出教育家精神为教师专业素养提升提供价值引领、促进专业知识拓展与深化、助力专业技能提高、滋养专业态度形成与巩固。最后从教育政策、学校管理、教师个体三个层面探索了基于教育家精神培养教师专业素养的实践路径,为教育领域相关研究和实践提供了参考。
Abstract: This study revolves around the spirit of educators and teachers’ professional competencies. It first elaborates on the research background, purpose, and, then interprets the connotation of the spirit of educators, including its historical origin and the connotation proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Meanwhile, it analyzes constituent elements of teachers’ professional competencies, namely, professional knowledge, professional skills, and professional attitude. The study focuses on exploring the intrinsic connection between the of educators and teachers’ professional competencies, pointing out that the spirit of educators provides value guidance for the improvement of teachers’ professional competencies, promotes the expansion deepening of professional knowledge, helps to improve professional skills, and nurtures the formation and consolidation of professional attitude. Finally, the study explores the practical path of teachers’ professional competencies based on the spirit of educators from the perspectives of educational policy, school management, and individual teachers, providing a reference for related research and in the field of education.
