A Lifelong Learning System Aimed at National Spatial Perception: Value Connotation, Practical Scale, and Generating Path
摘要: 终身学习思想虽已步入人们的生活空间,全面终身学习体系也正在形成,但是,现实中我国各地倡导的终身学习体系建设仍然存在一定问题,人民群众对终身学习体系的空间感知度不高,空间意识尚未觉醒。据此,通过感官感知、心理感知、认知感知和行为感知对终身学习体系的实体、空间、氛围以及行动进行价值内涵的辨析。在实践尺度上,依据“起点—过程—旨归”的刻度,建立起易达性的空间组织、均衡性的空间配置和融合性的空间生态。在生成路径上,沿用落地落实的制度感知、场域嵌入的服务感知、技术支撑的临场感知、跨界协同的行动感知,使它在空间形态上延展得更宽泛,在时间维度上拓展得更长远,才为学习型社会和学习型大国提供高质量服务。
Abstract: Although the concept of lifelong learning has entered people’s living spaces, and a comprehensive lifelong learning system is being formed, there are still certain problems in the construction of lifelong learning systems advocated by various regions in China. The people’s perception of the spatial awareness of lifelong learning systems is not high, and their spatial consciousness has not yet awakened. Therefore, through sensory perception, psychological perception, cognitive perception, and behavioral perception, the value connotation of the entity, space, atmosphere, and action of the lifelong learning system is analyzed. On a practical scale, based on the scale of "starting-process-destination", establish accessible spatial organization, balanced spatial configuration, and integrated spatial ecology. On the generating path, the institutional perception of implementation, the service perception embedded in the field, the on-site perception of technical support, and the action perception of cross-border collaboration are used to make it extend more broadly in spatial form and more long-term in time dimension, providing high-quality services for a learning society and a learning country.
