The Current Status, Hotspots, and Development Trends of Vocational Education Teachers in China Since the 18th CPC National Congress
摘要: 党的十八大以来,党和政府高度重视职业教育教师队伍建设,出台了一系列相关政策,推动我国职业教育教师队伍高质量发展。为探究十八大以来我国职业教育教师队伍的研究现状、热点主题和演进趋势,本研究选取2013—2024年CNKI数据库中北大核心和CSSCI收录的825篇关于职业教育教师队伍的期刊论文,运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,并绘制关键词知识图谱。研究发现:我国职业教育教师队伍研究已经进入理性反思发展阶段,研究热点主要集中在职业教育、高职院校、师资队伍、产教融合、校企合作、双师型、兼职教师等方面,热点演进经历探索期与稳定期两个阶段。未来可从研究主体、研究主题和研究方法等方面进一步完善职业教育教师队伍研究,助力提升职业教育教师队伍质量。
Abstract: Since the 18th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party and the government have attached great importance to the construction of the vocational education teacher workforce, and a series of relevant policies have been introduced to promote the high-quality development of vocational education teachers in China. To explore the current status, hotspots, and trends of research on vocational education teachers in China since the 18th National Congress, this study selected 825 journal articles on vocational education teachers from the CNKI database, which were included in the Peking University Core and CSSCI from 2013 to 2024. CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis and to create a keyword knowledge map. The study found that research on vocational education teachers in China has entered a stage of rational reflection and development. Research hotspots mainly focus on vocational education, higher vocational colleges, teacher workforce, industry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation, dual-teacher type, part-time teachers, etc., with hotspot evolution going through two stages: exploration and stability. Future research on vocational education teachers can be further improved in terms of research subjects, themes, and methods to help enhance the quality of vocational education teachers.
