摘要: 《黑格尔法哲学批判》是马克思早期运用哲学方法对黑格尔哲学进行批判的关键性文本。其文本在一定程度上实现了马克思的两个目标，并在某种程度上推动了唯物史观的建立。马克思在《黑格尔法哲学批判》中的政治批判为实现历史唯物主义提供了一条有效的政治哲学批评路径，并为当代哲学的发展提供了思想引领和精神滋养。因此，《黑格尔法哲学批判》是理解马克思政治批判向政治经济学批判哲学转向的重要切入点。

Abstract: The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right is the key text of Marx’s early criticism of Hegel’s philosophy by using philosophical methods. In its text, it realized the two goals of Marx to a certain extent, and promoted the establishment of historical materialism to some extent. Marx’s political criticism in The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right pro#2;vides an effective path of political philosophy criticism for the realization of historical materialism, and provides ideological guidance and spiritual nourishment for the development of contemporary philosophy. Therefore, The Critique of Hegel’s Phi#2;losophy of Right is an important entry point to understand the transition of Marx’s political criticism to the critical philoso#2;phy of political economy.
