摘要: 在教育强国建设背景下,发展职业本科院校校长的教育家精神,打造教育家型职业本科院校校长队伍是加强职业本科教育高质量办学的重要切入点。聚焦教育家型职业本科院校校长的核心特征,运用扎根理论,对校长简介与访谈资料形成的原始资料进行编码分析,构建包含价值取向、能力素质与行为模式的教育家型职业本科院校校长核心特征理论模型。通过理论模型分析发现,教育家型职业本科院校校长在价值取向方面强调教育使命愿景、学生发展为本、创新驱动理念及社会服务意识;在能力素质方面展现了职业本科教育发展引领力、产教融合办学力等关键要素;在行为模式方面通过战略决策、教学管理与合作支持等行为体现领导魅力。该理论模型不仅深化了对教育家型职业本科院校校长特质的理解,而且为政府和教育行政部门选拔、培养与评价职业本科院校管理者提供了可操作性标准。
Abstract: In the context of leading country in education, cultivating the educator’s spirit of principals in vocational undergraduate universities and creating an educationalist principals team is important for promoting high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education. Focusing on the core characteristics of educationalist principals in vocational undergraduate universities, the theoretical model which includes value orientation, competence and behavioral patterns, is constructed by coding and analyzing the original data formed by the principals’ profiles and the interview data using the grounded theory. The analysis revealed that the value orientation of these principals emphasized the vision of educational mission, student development, innovation-driven concept, and social service consciousness. Their competence quality highlights key elements of leadership in vocational undergraduate education development and integration between industry and education. The behavioral model reflects leadership charisma through strategic decision-making, teaching management and cooperation support. This theoretical model not only deepens our understanding of educationalist principals in vocational undergraduate universities, but also provides operable standards for the government and educational administrations in selecting, cultivating, and evaluating administrators of such institutions.
