Integration: The Logic and Implementation Paths of Vocational Education
摘要: 职业教育是整合教育,职业教育学是整合教育学。跨界整合教育要遵循理论和实践两方面的融合逻辑。理论逻辑有跨界理论“去界化”的目标逻辑,整合理论支配的统摄逻辑,关系理论作用的结构逻辑;实践逻辑是职业教育类型性所要求的特色逻辑,职业教育适应性所要求的匹配逻辑,职业教育创新性所要求的质量逻辑。整合(融合)的职业教育实施,可走主体多元整合的协同路径,融创深化整合的创新路径,顺应系统规律的适应路径,学用整合的方法路径,彰显职教特色的类型路径。
Abstract: Vocational education embodies the essence of integration, and vocational pedagogy is inherently integration pedagogy. The practice of cross-border integration education should adhere to the logic of integration in both theoretical and practical dimensions. The theoretical logic encompasses the demarcation logic of cross-border theories, the unifying logic of integrated theories, and the structural logic underlying relational theories. The practical logic, on the other hand, involves the logic of characteristics required by the nature of vocational education, the logic of matching required for the adaptability of vocational education, and the logic of quality required by the innovativeness of vocational education. The implementation of integrated (or fused) vocational education can follow several paths: the synergistic path of diversified integration of subjects, the innovative path of deepening integration through fusion and creation, the adaptive path of conforming to system laws, the methodological path of integrating learning with application, and the typological path of accentuating the features of vocational education.
