象牙塔内“官风”之殇：高校学生组织官僚化现象的深度审视与救赎之路

摘要: 本研究以高校学生会与班干部群体中存在的官僚主义作风问题为切入点，运用理论研究与实证调研相结合的方法，全方位、深层次地剖析其表现形式、追根溯源其产生的原因，并深入探讨其所带来的负面影响。在此基础上，提出具有针对性、系统性和可操作性的矫治策略，旨在为重塑高校学生组织的纯净生态、匡扶其本真价值、助力高校教育事业的良性发展提供理论支撑与实践指引，唤醒教育者与社会各界对这一问题的高度重视与深刻反思，促使高等教育回归育人初心，培育德才兼备、担当有为的时代新人。

Abstract: Taking the problem of bureaucratic style existing in the groups of college student unions and class cadres as the starting point, this study comprehensively and deeply analyzes its manifestations, traces its root causes, and explores its negative impacts by combining theoretical research with empirical investigation. On this basis, targeted, systematic and operable corrective strategies are put forward, aiming to reshape the pure ecology of college student organizations, uphold their true values, and facilitate the healthy development of college education undertakings. It also intends to arouse educators and all sectors of society to attach great importance to and deeply reflect on this issue, prompting higher education to return to its original intention of educating people and cultivating era’s new talents with both virtue and ability as well as a sense of responsibility.
