摘要: 幼儿园开办托班是新时代托育服务事业的重要组成部分。为探索幼儿园开办托班的可能出路,采用文献研究法、逻辑分析法对幼儿园开办托班的多元背景和现实阻碍展开分析。结果发现:幼儿园开办托班的行为主要立足于国家政策法规的大力倡导,生养家庭的需求日益旺盛以及当前人口出生率的持续下降。同时,幼儿园开办托班确面临着专业人才匮乏、设施环境不适、课程教材缺失等困境阻碍。进一步分析发现,造成幼儿园开办托班困境的原因主要有幼儿园托班教师培训、培养和专业标准存在不足;幼儿园开办托班的目标、规划和经费投入存在不足;幼儿园托班课程建设的理念、管理和高位引领存在不足。为促进幼儿园托班的有效开办,建议加强托班从业人员培养培训,做好托班设施环境改造,开展托班课程建设改革。
Abstract: Opening toddler classes in kindergartens is an important part of the child - rearing service cause in the new era. In order to explore the possible solutions for kindergartens to open toddler classes, the literature research method and logical analysis method are used to analyze the diverse backgrounds and practical obstacles for kindergartens to open toddler classes. The results show that the behavior of kindergartens opening toddler classes is mainly based on the strong advocacy of national policies and regulations, the increasing demand from child - rearing families, and the continuous decline in the current birth rate. At the same time, kindergartens opening toddler classes are indeed facing difficulties such as the lack of professional talents, unsuitable facilities and environment, and the absence of curriculum and teaching materials. Further analysis reveals that the reasons for the difficulties in kindergartens opening toddler classes are mainly the insufficient training, cultivation and professional standards for kindergarten toddler class teachers; the insufficient goals, planning and financial investment for kindergartens to open toddler classes; and the insufficient concepts, management and high - level guidance for kindergarten toddler class curriculum construction. In order to promote the effective opening of kindergarten toddler classes, it is recommended to strengthen the training and cultivation of toddler class practitioners, carry out the transformation of toddler class facilities and environment, and carry out the reform of toddler class curriculum construction.
