黄炎培精神与教育强国纲要协同驱动下乌鲁木齐职业大学的发展路径探究

摘要: 本研究以乌鲁木齐职业大学为典型范例，深度剖析黄炎培精神与《教育强国建设规划纲要（2024 - 2035年）》对其发展的协同影响。从黄炎培职业教育思想的核心要义出发，紧密结合纲要中职业教育的关键条款，全方位探究学校在人才培养、产教融合、师资建设以及职业教育本科发展等维度的实践策略、创新举措，全面评估其成效与挑战，并提出针对性的应对策略，为同类院校提供借鉴，助力现代职业教育在区域经济社会发展中释放更大价值，推动教育强国建设在职业教育领域的基层实践与深化发展。

Abstract: This study takes Urumqi Vocational University as a typical example to deeply analyze the synergistic impact of Huang Yanpei Spirit and the "Outline of the Plan for Building an Education Strong Country (2024-2035)" on its development. Starting from the core essence of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education ideology and closely combining with the key provisions of vocational education in the outline, this study comprehensively explores the practical strategies and innovative measures of schools in talent cultivation, industry education integration, teacher construction, and undergraduate development of vocational education. It comprehensively evaluates their effectiveness and challenges, and proposes targeted response strategies to provide reference for similar colleges, help modern vocational education unleash greater value in regional economic and social development, and promote the grassroots practice and deepening development of the construction of an educational power in the field of vocational education.
