技术的人文风险：概念辨析与构建

摘要: 在关于技术的人文反思中，技术的“人文风险”概念常常与技术的“伦理问题”“伦理风险”“负向价值”“工程风险”等概念混淆，从而被滥用和误用。通过对这些相近概念的逻辑起点、使用范围和基本特征等核心问题进行辨析和澄清，从技术哲学的人文主义传统进入“人文风险”概念的理解，把握技术的人文风险的系统性、属人性、客观实在性、实践情境性、难以量化等特征，对于反思技术与人类文明、人类未来的关系，认识、把握和治理现代技术问题具有重要理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract: In the humanistic reflection on technology, the concept of "humanistic risk" of technology is often confused with the concepts of "ethical problem", "ethical risk", "negative value" and "engineering risk" of technology, which is abused and misused. By analyzing and clarifying the core issues such as the logical starting point, the scope of use and the basic characteristics of these similar concepts, we can enter the understanding of the concept of "humanistic risk" from the humanistic tradition of philosophy of technology, and grasp the characteristics of the humanistic risk of technology, such as systematicness, humanity, objective reality, practical situation and difficulty in quantification. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to reflect on the relationship between technology and human civilization and the future of mankind, and to understand, grasp and govern the problems of modern technology.
