数字化时代“三教”改革赋能职业教育高质量发展研究

Research on the Reform of “Three Educations” in the Digital Age to Empower High-Quality Development of Vocational Education

摘要: 伴随着数字技术的快速发展,教育数字化成为职教领域新态势。数字化背景下以“三教”改革对职业教育人才培养、教育教学改革和推进职业教育高质量发展意义重大。面对数字化的时代背景,职业教育在在教师素养提升、数字教材开发、教学方法创新等方面尚临着现实困境,与数字化背景下的技术与产业的发展需求、行业企业对高素质技能人才的要求还存在一定差距。因此“三教”改革赋能职业教育高质量发展,需要提升教师数字素养与课题教学数字化运用能力;需要科学制订教材开发计划,持续推进教材体系改革适应产业发展需求;需要创新教法实践,推动数字技术与教学法的有机结合,从而不断提升职业教育教学水平与人才培养质量,以满足数字化时代高等职业教育高质量发展要求。

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technology, educational digitization has emerged as a new trend in the vocational education sector. Against this digital backdrop, the "Three Educations" Reform (pertaining to teachers, teaching materials, and teaching methods) holds significant implications for talent cultivation, pedagogical innovation, and the advancement of high-quality development in vocational education. However, in the face of the digital era, vocational education still faces practical challenges in enhancing teacher competencies, developing digital teaching materials, and innovating teaching methodologies. These gaps hinder alignment with the evolving demands of technology-driven industries and the need for high-quality skilled professionals in the job market. To empower high-quality development in vocational education through the "Three Educations" Reform, it is imperative to elevate teachers’ digital literacy and their ability to integrate digitization into classroom practices. Additionally, scientific planning for teaching material development and continuous reform of curriculum systems are required to meet industrial needs. Innovative teaching methods must also be promoted by organically combining digital technologies with pedagogical approaches. These efforts will enhance the quality of vocational education and talent cultivation, thereby fulfilling the requirements for high-quality development in higher vocational education in the digital age.
