基于ICAP理论的职业教育项目教学困境、原则与优化策略

摘要: 摘要:项目教学是职业教育的主要教学模式,能有效培养学生的综合职业素质和职业行动能力。在教育强国建设背景下,当前职业教育项目教学存在项目缺乏教学化分解、教学方法缺乏多样化、学习活动设计不合理、职业素养培养不充分等实施困境,难以满足高技能人才培养与学习型社会建设的需求。ICAP理论是一种带有行为特征的认知参与理论,旨在通过积极转变学习方式让课程教学实践更加符合学生的学习规律,能够为职业教育项目教学的学习要素重组、教学策略优化提供有力的理论支撑和实践依据。文章将ICAP理论嵌入职业教育项目教学改革之中,探讨了ICAP理论下职业教育项目教学的原则,提出了基于ICAP理论的职业教育项目教学优化策略:合理分解项目,减少被动学习;灵活运用方法,引导主动学习;科学设计活动,促进建构学习;综合实践知识,走向交互学习。

Abstract: Abstract: Project-based teaching is the main teaching mode of vocational education, which can effectively cultivate students’ comprehensive vocational quality and vocational action ability. In the context of the construction of a strong country in education, the current vocational education project-based teaching exists in the lack of pedagogical decomposition of the project, the lack of diversification of teaching methods, the irrationality of the design of learning activities, and the inadequacy of vocational literacy cultivating and other implementation dilemmas, which makes it difficult to meet the needs of the cultivation of high-skilled personnel and the construction of learning-oriented society. ICAP theory is a kind of cognitive participation theory with behavioral characteristics, aiming to make the course teaching practice more in line with the students’ learning rules by actively changing the learning mode, which can provide strong theoretical support and practical basis for the reorganization of learning elements and optimization of teaching strategies in vocational education project-based teaching. The article embeds ICAP theory into the reform of vocational education project-based teaching, discusses the principles of vocational education project-based teaching under ICAP theory, and puts forward the optimization strategy of vocational education project-based teaching based on ICAP theory: rational decomposition of the project to reduce passive learning; flexible application of methods to guide active learning; scientific design of activities to promote constructive learning; and comprehensive practice of knowledge towards interactive learning.
