新时代职业教育产教融合深度推进与拓展路径研究

摘要: 在新时代背景下，职业教育产教融合作为提升国家竞争力、促进产业升级的关键路径，其深化与拓展对于适应经济社会发展新需求具有重要意义。本文基于“一体、两翼、三件大事、四链、五金”的原有框架，结合相关政策和优秀案例，进一步拓展研究内容，旨在构建一个更加全面、深入、系统的职业教育产教融合推进体系。从高职院校角度出发，通过政策引领和资源配置优化，强化市域产教联合体与行业产教融合共同体，推动高水平学校与专业群建设，促进职业教育国际化发展。同时，以“教育链、产业链、人才链、创新链”四链融通为核心，实现专业设置与产业需求对接、课程内容与职业标准衔接、教学过程与生产过程融合。此外，通过关键教学要素的全面升级以及数字化转型与绿色职业教育的实践等路径，探索新时代职业教育产教融合的新模式与新策略。

Abstract: Under the background of the new era, the integration of industry and education in vocational education is a key path to enhance national competitiveness and promote industrial upgrading, and its deepening and expanding is of great significance to meet the new needs of economic and social development. Based on the original framework of "one body, two wings, three major events, four chains and hardware", combined with relevant policies and excellent cases, this paper further expands the research content, aiming to build a more comprehensive, in-depth and systematic promotion system for the integration of production and education in vocational education. From the perspective of higher vocational colleges, through policy guidance and resource allocation optimization, strengthen the city-wide industry-education consortium and industry-education integration community, promote the construction of high-level schools and professional groups, and promote the international development of vocational education. At the same time, with the integration of the "four chains" of "education chain, industrial chain, talent chain and innovation chain" as the core, it realizes the docking of professional Settings and industrial needs, the connection of course content and professional standards, and the integration of teaching process and production process. In addition, through the comprehensive upgrading of key teaching elements and the path of digital transformation and green vocational education practice, the new model and new strategy of the integration of industry and education in vocational education in the new era are explored.
