数字经济赋能乡村产业高质量发展的效应与路径研究——来自产业融合和科技创新视角的经验证据

摘要: 推动乡村产业高质量发展，是巩固脱贫成果、推进乡村振兴、实现经济多元化及构建区域协调发展新格局的关键举措。深入探究其赋能机理与实现路径，具有重要意义。本研究基于2014-2022年中国各省（自治区、直辖市）的面板数据，运用熵值法测算乡村数字经济与产业高质量发展的水平。从产业融合与技术创新双重视角出发，剖析了数字经济对乡村产业高质量发展的影响机制。研究发现，数字经济指数每提升1个单位，乡村产业高质量发展水平提高0.204个单位，该结论在内生性和稳健性检验后仍稳健。机制分析揭示，产业融合与技术创新是数字经济赋能乡村产业高质量发展的两大有效路径，其中技术创新的作用尤为关键。进一步异质性分析显示，数字经济对乡村产业高质量发展的赋能效应在不同地域、技术基础及粮食生产类型区域存在显著差异。具体而言，在非东部地区、技术起点较低的农村地区及粮食主销区，数字经济的赋能效应更为显著。

Abstract: Abstract: Promoting the high-quality development of rural industries is a critical initiative to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements, advance rural revitalization, achieve economic diversification, and foster coordinated regional development. A systematic exploration of its enabling mechanisms and implementation pathways holds significant theoretical and practical value. This study utilizes provincial panel data from China (2014–2022) and employs the entropy method to measure the development levels of the rural digital economy and industrial high-quality development. From the dual perspectives of industrial integration and technological innovation, we dissect the impact mechanisms of the digital economy on rural industrial transformation. Empirical results indicate that a one-unit increase in the digital economy index elevates the high-quality development level of rural industries by 0.204 units (p<0.01), a conclusion that remains robust after endogeneity and robustness tests. Mechanism analysis reveals that industrial integration and technological innovation serve as dual pathways for digital empowerment, with technological innovation playing a dominant role. Heterogeneity analysis further demonstrates significant regional disparities: the enabling effects of the digital economy are more pronounced in non-eastern regions, rural areas with lower initial technological endowments, and grain-deficit zones. These findings underscore the potential of digital technologies to bridge regional disparities and unlock rural industrial potential through context-specific strategies.
