农业新质生产力对农业绿色转型的影响研究

Research on the Impact of New Quality Productive Forces in Agriculture on the Green Transformation of Agriculture

摘要: 针对中国农业绿色转型进程中面临的资源约束与环境压力,本研究深入探究农业新质生产力对绿色转型的作用机制及空间效应。基于2010一2022年中国31个省份的面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型及分位数回归模型,从产业集聚与产业融合视角系统分析农业新质生产力对农业绿色转型的影响路径。研究发现:农业新质生产力对于农业绿色转型具有积极影响。选取不同的变量表征方式与模型,该结论依然稳健。农业新质生产力通过促进农业产业集聚和产业融合促进了农业绿色转型。异质性分析表明农业新质生产力对于粮食主产区和东北地区的影响最为显著,且随着农业新质生产力水平逐级增加,农业新质生产力对农业绿色转型的影响程度随之提升。建议强化节水技术、精准施肥等绿色新质生产力布局,依托产业园区构建区域性资源循环网络,并通过差异化政策优化区域要素配置,以破解资源环境硬约束,助力农业可持续发展。

Abstract: In response to the resource constraints and environmental pressures faced during China’s agricultural green transformation process, this study delves into the mechanism and spatial effects of new agricultural productivity on green transformation. Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022, a two-way fixed effect model, a mediation effect model, and a quantile regression model were constructed to systematically analyze the impact path of new agricultural productivity on agricultural green transformation from the perspectives of industrial agglomeration and industrial integration. The research finds that new agricultural productivity has a positive impact on agricultural green transformation. This conclusion remains robust when different variable representation methods and models are selected. New agricultural productivity promotes agricultural green transformation by facilitating industrial agglomeration and integration in agriculture. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that new agricultural productivity has the most significant impact on major grain-producing areas and the Northeast region, and as the level of new agricultural productivity increases step by step, the degree of its impact on agricultural green transformation also increases. It is suggested to strengthen the layout of green new agricultural productivity such as water-saving technologies and precise fertilization in arid areas, build regional resource circulation networks relying on industrial parks, and optimize regional factor allocation through differentiated policies to break through the hard constraints of resources and the environment and promote sustainable agricultural development.
