职业本科高层次教师人才赋能新质生产力的内在逻辑和实践路径

The Internal Logic and Practical Pathways of High-Level Faculty Talents in Vocational Bachelor’s Education Empowering New Quality Productivity

摘要: 职业本科高层次教师人才在推动新质生产力发展中具有不可替代的作用,身兼“知识生产者”“技术传播者”和“工匠之师”多重身份。基于历史逻辑、价值逻辑和发展逻辑,剖析职业本科高层次教师人才赋能新质生产力的内在逻辑,并重点揭示其在队伍建设、科技创新和机制配套方面面临的现实困境,具体表现为能力不足与量质结构性失衡、产研协同浅层化与成果转化低效、人才引培用评制度体系割裂等问题。针对上述挑战,提出实践路径:一是立柱架梁,多层次多维度改革创新打造大国工匠创新之师;二是协同创新,深入推进产教融合、科教融汇突破超现实壁垒;三是国际合作,提升职教开放水平加快建成世界重要教育中心。

Abstract: High-level faculty talents in vocational bachelor’s education play an irreplaceable role in advancing the development of new quality productivity, and they have multiple identities of "knowledge producers", "technology disseminators" and "masters of craftsmanship". Based on the historical logic, value logic and development logic, this paper analyzes the internal logic of high-level faculty talents in vocational bachelor’s education empowering new quality productivity, and focuses on revealing the practical difficulties faced by them in team building, scientific and technological innovation and institutional support mechanisms.These challenges are specifically manifested as insufficient competencies and structural imbalances in quality and quantity, shallow collaboration between industry and research with low efficiency in outcomes transformation, and fragmented systems for talent recruitment, cultivation, utilization, and evaluation. In response to the above challenges, a practical path is proposed: (1)establishing foundational frameworks, implementing multi-level and multi-dimensional reforms and innovation to cultivate innovative educators who can guide the development of top-tier craftsmanship; (2)fostering collaborative innovation by advancing deep the integration of industry and education,and the integration of science and education to overcome systemic barriers; (3) promoting international cooperation to enhance the level of vocational education openness and accelerate the establishment of a globally significant education center.
