Artificial Intelligence Empowering Key Educational Competencies of Vocational Colleges: The Essence, Operational Logic, and Implementation Path
摘要: 面对人工智能技术的快速发展及其在教育领域的广泛应用,教师专业发展从传统技能向数字技能转变,从单一学科知识向跨学科融合转变,从经验主导向数据驱动决策转变,以及从个体发展向团队协作创新转变;人工智能技术在教师专业发展中具有个性化资源的生成与推荐、教育资源共享与知识更新、教师能力评估与职业规划、教学过程优化与效率提升以及教学模式创新与实践探索等重要作用;以建构主义理论、分布式认知理论、多元智能理论和情境认知理论为基础,讨论技术融合与教育理念更新、教育资源的智能化与共享、教学评价与反馈的数据驱动以及教师培训与智能技术的整合运行逻辑;提出了一套推进路径,包括落实政策保障措施、创设智能教育环境、构建智能教育生态、提升教师信息素养、完善评估反馈机制,为职业院校教师专业发展的实践与理论研究提供参考。
Abstract: The key educational competencies of vocational colleges encompass core elements such as the quality assurance system for teaching, the construction of a dual-teacher team, mechanisms for the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation, an innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and information and intelligent management capabilities. These elements collectively constitute the core competitiveness and overall strength of vocational colleges. Through the use of artificial intelligence technology to optimize resource allocation, innovate educational models, and deepen the integration of industry and education, vocational colleges can effectively enhance their key educational competencies. This enables them to adapt to the development needs of vocational education in the new era, cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, and serve regional economic and social development. The improvement of information and intelligent management capabilities provides strong support for optimizing the allocation and efficient utilization of teaching resources.
