The Three Dimensions of the Generation of ‘Kung Fu’ Quality in Vocational Education: Ontology, Epistemology and Practice
摘要: 职教金师作为职业教育现代化发展的支撑点,“功夫”品质与其内在特性与外在表现的应然标准相耦合。本体论从历史和现实逻辑回答了职教金师“功夫”品质的本质要义和价值体现,从传统儒家文化的内省、协同、知行合一,到现代涵盖形而上与形而下两个维度的丰富内涵,并对契合教育强国建设、提升职业教育质量、增强教师职业效能感和学生发展力意义重大。认识论阐释了职教金师“功夫”品质生成的内在理路:强化意志力是持续“工夫”的前提;培塑学习力是优化“功法”的关键;掌握反思力是提升“功力”的核心。实践论回答了职教金师“功夫”品质生成的实践路径:涵养教育家精神,遵循精粹实践伦理;立足实践锤炼,汲取理性实践智慧;依托场域规则,创设优质实践情境。
Abstract: As a support for the modernisation and development of vocational education, the quality of ‘kung fu’ is coupled with its intrinsic characteristics and the criteria for its outward manifestation. The ontology answers the essential meaning and value embodiment of the ‘kungfu’ quality of VET teachers from the logic of history and reality, ranging from introspection, synergy, and unity of knowledge and action in the traditional Confucian culture to the rich connotation of modern times covering the metaphysical and sub-metaphysical dimensions, and is of great significance for the construction of a strong education country, the improvement of the quality of vocational education, and the enhancement of the sense of teachers‘ professional efficacy and students’ development. students’ developmental power is of great significance. The epistemology explains the internal rationale for the generation of the quality of ‘Kung Fu’ in VET teachers: strengthening willpower is the prerequisite for sustained ‘Kung Fu’; cultivating learning power is the key to optimising ‘Kung Fu’; mastering reflective power is the key to improving ‘Kung Fu’. Reflective power is the core of improving ‘power’. The theory of practice answers the practical path of generating the quality of ‘Kung Fu’ of VET teachers: cultivate educator’s spirit, follow the essence of practice ethics; based on practice refinement, draw rational practice wisdom; relying on the rules of the field, create high-quality practice situations.
