新青年全球胜任力人才培养“三力”模式研究——以中南民族大学新青年全球胜任力实验班为例

Research on the "Three Competencies" Model for Cultivating New Youth with Global Competence: A Case Study of South-Central Minzu University

摘要: 本文基于全球胜任力理论框架,结合中南民族大学新青年全球胜任力实验班的实践,创新性提出“三力”培养模式,即价值层的文化自信力、能力层的国际竞争力与知识层的国际理解力,旨在提升民族院校学生的综合素质和全球胜任力,为我国培养具有全球视野、国际理解力和国际竞争力的高层次国际化人才,提升学生在国际组织、大型国企、跨国公司、涉外机构、大众传媒以及政府部门相关岗位的任职和工作能力,推动构建人类命运共同体,提升中国的国际地位和国际话语权。

Abstract: Based on the theoretical framework of global competence and incorporating the practices of the "Xinqingnian Global Competence Experimental Class" at South-Central Minzu University, this paper innovatively proposes a "Three Competencies" cultivation model. This model encompasses cultural confidence at the value layer, international competitiveness at the capacity layer, and international understanding at the knowledge layer. It aims to enhance the comprehensive quality and global competence of students in ethnic universities, cultivating high-level international talents with a global vision, cross-cultural understanding, and international competitiveness for China. The model seeks to improve students’ professional capabilities in roles related to international organizations, large state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, foreign-related institutions, mass media, and government departments. Ultimately, it contributes to advancing the construction of a global community with a shared future for mankind, elevating China’s international status and discourse power.
