百年悬案：1925年熊克武被捕案新探

摘要: 1925年10月，熊克武因“勾结陈炯明密谋围攻广州政府”被蒋介石、汪精卫等人拘捕，后又于1927年被无罪释放。长久以来，学界、政界对熊氏被囚的原因争论不休，莫衷一是。从现有史料来看，“熊案”既不是蒋介石、汪精卫的政治阴谋，也非中共、苏联诬告陷害所致，而应是陈炯明等人精心策划的一起政治冤案。1924年9月，孙中山、唐继尧为了拉拢陈炯明，委派熊之亲信但懋辛与陈联系，遂在不经意间促成了熊克武与陈炯明的暗中联络。其后，陈炯明有意利用熊、陈之间的联络关系，刻意制造伪证，试图离间熊氏与粤政府之间的关系，最终促成了熊克武的被捕和川军熊克武部的覆灭。

Abstract: In October 1925, Xiong Kewu was arrested by Chiang Kai-shek, Wang Jingwei and others for "colluding with Chen Jiongming and plotting to besiege the Guangzhou government", and later in 1927, he was released without charge. For a long time, academics and politicians have been arguing about the reasons for Xiong Kewu’s arrest. From the existing historical data, "Xiong case" is neither the political conspiracy of Chiang Kai-shek, Wang Jingwei, nor the Chinese Communist Party, the Soviet Union false accusations caused by, but should be Chen Jiongming and others carefully planned a political injustice. 1924 September, Sun Yat-sen, Tang Jiyao in order to draw Chen Jiongming, appointed Xiong’s close friends but Mouxin contact with Chen, and thus inadvertently In September 1924, Sun Yat-sen and Tang Jiyao assigned Xiong’s close associate Dan Maoxin to contact Chen, which inadvertently led to Xiong Kewu’s secret contact with Chen Jiongming. Subsequently, Chen Jiongming intentionally took advantage of the liaison between Xiong and Chen to deliberately create false evidence in an attempt to disrupt the relationship between Xiong and the Cantonese government, which ultimately led to the arrest of Xiong Kewu and the destruction of the Xiong Kewu Department of the Sichuan Army. "
