The Basic Framework, Practical Reflection and Path Exploration of the Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Triple Helix
摘要: 内容摘要:深化产教融合既是推动职业教育高质量发展的关键抓手,也是促进校企协同育人机制创新的核心枢纽,对构建现代技术技能人才培养体系具有基础性、引领性作用。基于三螺旋理论,我国职业教育产教融合实践在螺旋互动层面存在制度缺位与供需错位的结构性矛盾,在政校企协同层面存在利益分化与长效缺位的机制性障碍,在监测与反馈层面存在评价失真与闭环断裂的系统性缺位的困境。为化解现有困局,需要在政策扶持方面,以生态主义为中心,健全产教融合法律法规体系;在协同育人方面,应以“知识一生产”链的衔接为导向,构建分层化的课程体系;在评价驱动方面,应以螺旋上升为目标,完善动态监测与反馈机制,以实质性推进产教深度融合,实现教育链与产业链的精准对接。
Abstract: Abstract: Deepening industry-education integration is not only a crucial lever for advancing the high-quality development of vocational education but also a pivotal mechanism for fostering innovation in school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation, playing a foundational and leading role in building a modern technical skills training system. Under the framework of the Triple Helix Theory, China’s vocational education industry-education integration faces multi-dimensional challenges: structural contradictions such as institutional gaps and supply-demand mismatches at the spiral interaction level, mechanistic barriers like interest fragmentation and long-term mechanism deficiencies in government-industry-school collaboration, and systemic dilemmas including distorted evaluations and disrupted feedback loops in monitoring systems. To address these issues, it is imperative to establish a legal framework centered on ecological principles to strengthen policy support, design a tiered curriculum system guided by the "knowledge-production chain" alignment to enhance collaborative education, and implement dynamic monitoring and feedback mechanisms targeting spiral advancement to optimize evaluation systems. These integrated strategies will facilitate substantive alignment between the education chain and industry chain, ultimately forging a synergistic innovation ecosystem under the Triple Helix paradigm.
