Cultivating the Spirit of Teachers and Educators in China: Research Hotspots, Development Trends and Path Exploration — Based on the Visual Analysis of Citespace Related Literature
摘要: 通过中国知网(CNKI)进行检索,结合知识图谱可视化分析工具CiteSpace,对1995年至2024年期间,关于教师教育家精神培养研究领域的285篇文献进行分析,发现关于教师教育家精神培养的论文数量在2024年迅猛增加。研究热点聚焦于:教育强国、教育家、教师教育、乡村教师、教师队伍、职业教育、弘扬路径等,研究热点的演进呈时代特色。发展路径大致可分为两个阶段:第一阶段为缓慢发展期(1995-2022年),第二阶段为飞速发展期(2022-2024年)。未来应注重从多个层面研究,如:国家层面:政策支持与实施;学校层面:跨学科研究;国际层面:国际比较研究;社会层面:长期跟踪研究;实践层面:教育实践与创新;教师层面:教师队伍建设。总体来说,当前对教师教育家精神培养的研究集中于内涵、意蕴、特质、价值等理论方面的研究,而实践路径研究还相对较少,所以仍需加强对教师教育家精神培养的路径研究,以及其发展性、可行性和政策性等方面的研究。
Abstract: Based on CNKI and CiteSpace, this paper analyzes 285 papers on the spiritual cultivation of teacher educators from 1995 to 2024, and finds that the number of papers on the spiritual cultivation of teacher educators will increase rapidly in 2024. The research focuses on: education power, educators, teacher education, rural teachers, teachers, vocational education, promotion path, etc. The evolution of the research focuses shows the characteristics of the times. The development path can be roughly divided into two stages: the first stage is the slow development period (1995-2022), and the second stage is the rapid development period (2022-2024). The future research should focus on multiple levels, such as: national level: policy support and implementation; school level: interdisciplinary research; international level: international comparative study; social level: long-term follow-up study; practical level: educational practice and innovation; teacher level: teacher team construction. Generally speaking, the current research on the spiritual cultivation of teacher educators focuses on the theoretical aspects such as connotation, implication, characteristics and value, while the research on the practical path is relatively small, so it is still necessary to strengthen the research on the path of spiritual cultivation of teacher educators, as well as its development, feasibility and policy.
