The Realistic Value, Potential Risks and Coping Strategies of Generative Artificial Intelligence Enabling Teachers’ Professional Development in Vocational Colleges
摘要: 生成式人工智能(GenAI)为职业院校教师专业发展创造了范式转型的机遇,同时也带来了多重风险与挑战。研究发现,GenAI通过更新教师知识体系、提升教学实践能力、辅助科研创新,展现出推动职教教师专业化成长的显著价值。然而,技术依赖导致的知识选择迷茫、教学创新能力弱化及技能提升阻滞等风险不容忽视。为构建人机协同共生的发展模式,提出知识创生双主体协同,构建互动交互的知识生产模式;深化人机融合,发展高阶创新能力;推进人智交互,开拓技能提升路径。
Abstract: Generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) has created the opportunity of paradigm transformation for the professional development of vocational college teachers, but also brought multiple risks and challenges. It is found that GenAI shows significant value in promoting the professional growth of vocational education teachers by updating teachers’ knowledge system, improving teaching practice ability and assisting scientific research and innovation. However, the risks caused by technology dependence, such as the confusion of knowledge selection, the weakening of teaching innovation ability and the blockage of skill upgrading, can not be ignored. In order to construct the development mode of human-computer cooperation and symbiosis, this paper puts forward the knowledge production mode of knowledge creation and generation, which is based on the cooperation of double subjects and the construction of interactive knowledge production mode, deepens the human-computer integration and develops the high-level innovation capability, and promotes the human-intelligence interaction and opens up the path of skill upgrading.
