职业教育深化产教融合扎实推动共同富裕的探析：关键要求、理论逻辑与实践策略

摘要: 职业教育、产教融合与共同富裕之间存在天然的紧密关联。职业教育是产教融合的核心部分，深化产教融合则是实现共同富裕的关键要求；任何脱离产业发展与高质量人才支撑的“扩中一提低”共同富裕策略，都容易停留在蓝图层面。要“做大蛋糕”，职业教育产教融合需提升社会与经济的整体竞争力；要“分好蛋糕”，职业教育产教融合亟须打破学校教育与就业之间的壁垒。其途径在于：职业教育产教融合通过增强实际技能与市场竞争力，为推动共同富裕奠定坚实基础；通过降低失业率、提升就业机会，为实现共同富裕提供清晰路标；通过提高社会经济与国家竞争力，为共同富裕提供可期的前景。鉴于此，一方面，应通过职业教育与就业一体化来深化产教融合，筑牢共同富裕的现实根基；另一方面，应在课程与教学改革层面实现更深度的产教融合，构建有效的中介机制；同时，还需搭建动态平衡的制度保障平台，形成可持续的共同富裕反馈机制。

Abstract: There is a natural and close relationship between vocational education, industry-education integration, and common prosperity. Vocational education is the core component of industry-education integration, and deepening this integration is a key requirement for achieving common prosperity. Any "expanding the middle—uplifting the lower" common prosperity strategy that lacks industrial development and high-quality talent support is likely to remain a mere blueprint. To "enlarge the cake," vocational education and industry-education integration must enhance overall social and economic competitiveness. To "distribute the cake fairly," it is essential to break down the barriers between school education and employment. The pathways to achieving this include: strengthening practical skills and market competitiveness through industry-education integration to lay a solid foundation for common prosperity; reducing unemployment and increasing employment opportunities to provide a clear roadmap for achieving common prosperity; and enhancing socio-economic and national competitiveness to create promising prospects for common prosperity. In light of this, efforts should be made to deepen industry-education integration by integrating vocational education with employment to establish a solid foundation for common prosperity. At the same time, deeper industry-education integration should be achieved through curriculum and teaching reforms to build effective intermediary mechanisms. Additionally, a dynamically balanced institutional support platform should be established to form a sustainable common prosperity feedback mechanism.
