中国式现代化视域下大学生法治教育的目标内涵和理路建构

摘要: 中国式法治现代化是中国式现代化的题中要义，中国式现代化为大学生法治教育提出新挑战和新要求。在中国式现代化视域下大学生法治教育的目标内涵是培养德法兼备的时代新人，助力实现中国式法治现代化。在中国式现代化视域下大学生法治教育的理路建构从支撑理路、坏境理路和载体理路三个维度展开。其中，在支撑理路包括以良法善治为表征的制度支撑理路、以社会主义法治文化为表征的外源性支撑理路和以公民美德为表征的内生性支撑理路，为大学生法治教育提供理论基础和实践支撑；在环境理路包括民主协商的逐步达成、法治社会的良性构建和法治秩序的有序生成，为大学生法治教育提供良好法治环境；在载体理路，包括有效提升法治接受度的制度载体理路和夯实文化载体，增进法治文化的育人功能，提升大学生法治教育的实效性。

Abstract: The Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law is the essence of the Chinese-style modernization, which puts forward new challenges and requirements for the education of the rule of law for college students. From the perspective of Chinese-style modernization, the goal of legal education for college students is to cultivate new people with both morality and law, and to help realize the modernization of Chinese-style rule of law. From the perspective of Chinese-style modernization, the construction of legal education for college students is carried out from three dimensions: support, environment and carrier. Among them, the support theory includes the system support theory characterized by good law and good governance, the exogenous support theory characterized by socialist legal culture and the endogenous support theory characterized by civic virtue, which provide theoretical basis and practical support for college students’legal education; The environmental theory includes the gradual achievement of democratic consultation, the benign construction of the rule of law society and the orderly generation of the rule of law order, which provides a good legal environment for the rule of law education of college students; the carrier theory includes the system carrier theory to effectively enhance the acceptance of the rule of law and the consolidation of cultural carriers, which promotes the educational function of the rule of law culture and the effectiveness of the rule of law education of college students.
