纪检监察人才培养体系的构建

摘要: 纪检监察学科建设的核心目标是人才培养，而构建纪检监察人才培养体系需要回答好“育人三问”，从培育理念、支撑机制和应用市场三个层面入手。培育理念在纪检监察人才培养体系中处于基础性地位，应按照“德法兼修，古今相通，知行统一”三位一体的方式予以构建。支撑机制在纪检监察人才培养体系中处于核心性地位，即不仅要设计科学的课程方案，以形成健全合理的教学架构，而且要采取有效的实践举措，以提高纪检监察人才的实务操作能力。应用市场是纪检监察人才培养体系构建的最终归宿和落地闭环，可以为打造高素质的纪检监察干部队伍、建设专业化的纪检监察学科队伍、形成职业化的廉洁合规队伍提供有力支撑。

Abstract: The core goal of discipline construction of discipline inspection and supervision is personnel training, and the construction of discipline inspection and supervision personnel training system needs to answer the "three questions of educating people", starting from the three levels of cultivation concept, support mechanism and application market. The cultivation concept is in a fundamental position in the discipline inspection and supervision personnel training system, which should be constructed in accordance with the trinity of "moral and legal training, ancient and modern communication, and unity of knowledge and practice". The supporting mechanism is at the core of the discipline inspection and supervision personnel training system, that is, not only to design a scientific curriculum plan to form a sound and reasonable teaching structure, but also to take effective practical measures to improve the practical operation ability of discipline inspection and supervision personnel. The application market is the ultimate destination and closed-loop of the construction of discipline inspection and supervision personnel training system, which can provide strong support for building a high-quality discipline inspection and supervision cadre team, building a professional discipline inspection and supervision team, and forming a professional honest and compliant team.
